 This is the distributor hose. If it's broken, you have no choice but to dismantle the tank and replace it. You can see the 3 brass screws beside the orange arrow. The screws are very important to prevent leakage from the tank to the floor. It's good if you can salvage it.

 The internal fittings. It is available. Therefore, you can just change it by yourself if you have some plumbing know how.

 Common problem, the silicon rubber is worn out. Just change the flapper.

These 3 screws are very difficult to find. Therefore, if you remove your tank, you have to reuse the old screws. For plumbers not familiar with the installation of this model, it is better not for them to repair it. You will end up paying for a new set of toilet bowl.
