Tips for Buying Replacement Parts for Toilet

Buying replacement parts for toilets can be difficult, so it's a good idea to take photos of the toilet bowl and the spare parts that you need. Write down the name and model of your toilet. You will find this information in the inside back wall of the cistern, on the lid, or on the bowl behind the toilet.

Just because the shop that you go to doesn't carry a particular part / brand that you needed does not mean it is no longer available. Please give us an email with photos of the parts you needed. We have a wide range of spare parts available for brands i.e. American Standard, Armitage Shanks, Claytan, Inax, Inno, Johnson Suisse, Karat, Kimware, Econax, Ofia, Ideal Standard, Saniton, Kohler, Orin, Toto, Potex...etc...

You are welcome to email us for a free consultation.

Important Note: Never throw away old parts until you are certain the new parts are in proper working condition!
